1Introduction
The proliferation of hate speech, disinformation, and misinformation across social media and other communication channels within Myanmar exacerbates racial, religious, and political tensions, thereby intensifying conflicts within society.
This report systematically monitors hate speech in Myanmar during June 2026. The aims of monitoring hate speech and misinformation are to document patterns of dissemination, identify vulnerable social groups, and assess potential impacts on specific groups.
This study examines the prevalence of incitement to violence and hate speech across major digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram. The spread of hate speech, misinformation and disinformation on social media and other communication channels in Myanmar exacerbates ethnic, religious, and political tensions, fueling conflict and violence.
By outlining the evolving trends of hate speech throughout June in the current political, economic, and social landscape of Myanmar, this study aims to serve as a reference and technical and actionable resource to be used as references by peacebuilders, conflict resolution practitioners, media professionals, policymakers, and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs).
2Research Methodology
Hate speech is inherently rooted in emotional expression and subjective sentiment; it does not have a universally accepted definition. However, for this particular report, the Burma Human Rights Network (BHRN) defines hate speech as follows:
"Hate speech refers to any form of expression, verbal, written, behavioural, or artistic, that targets a specific individual or group to express severe criticism, condemnation, or to incite hostility and hatred based on protected characteristics. This includes attacks on fundamental rights and identity, such as religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, citizenship, ethnicity, skin colour, beliefs, or physical appearance."
Based on the findings of this study, hate speech is further categorised into the following types:
- Criminalisation: Portraying specific groups as inherent criminals or "sinners."
- Dehumanisation: Stripping individuals of their human qualities or dignity.
- Oppressive Speech: Language used to exert dominance over or bully marginalised groups.
- Incitement: Direct calls for violence, riots, or civil unrest.
- Existential Threat: Characterising specific groups as a fundamental threat to the existence of others.
- Glorification: The celebration or promotion of acts of violence and hatred.
This report documents the dates, posters, communication channels, audience reach, targeted groups, types of hate speech, and methods used to disseminate hate speech.
In the documentation process, the hate speech targeted at vulnerable groups is only documented as hate speech. For instance, hate speech, incitement targeted at religion, ethnicity, citizenship, gender and colour are documented as hate speech. Hate speech targeted not vulnerable groups, especially armed groups and their political organisations such as NUG, KNU, KIO, etc and military personnel are not categorised as hate speech in this report.
In the context of Myanmar’s ongoing political and military tensions, BHRN continuously monitors and documents hate speech disseminated by the military and its associated propaganda channels.
1Data Collection
Monitored Platforms: Data is gathered from Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram channels.
Content Categories
- Hate speech related to ethnicity, religion, politics, and gender.
- Content inciting violence and discrimination.
- Harmful misinformation and inciting posts
2Data/ Methodological Approach
- Manual Monitoring: Members of the Hate Speech Monitoring Team of the organization systematically review and verify specific keywords, phrases, images, and videos to ensure a high level of accuracy in documentation.
3Data Analysis
- Thematic Classification: Content is grouped into specific themes—such as ethnicity, religion, and politics to identify recurring patterns of targeting.
- Level of dissemination: The scale of spread is measured by analysing Engagement (Likes, Shares, Comments) and total Reach.
- Identification of Key Perpetrators: Identifies specific groups and individuals responsible for disseminating hate speech, while assessing their level of influence and broader social impact.
4Ethical Considerations
- Data Confidentiality: All monitored and documented information is stored securely. BHRN adheres to a strict policy that prohibits the disclosure of data to the public or unauthorised individuals.
5Limitations
- Platform Coverage: It is not possible to comprehensively monitor all social media platforms
- Encryption Challenges: Some online activities occur on encrypted communication platforms, which pose significant challenges for effective tracking and monitoring.
- Authenticity and Impact: The prevalence of fake accounts and bots complicates assessing the genuine social impact accurately
- Internet Restriction: The research team faces challenges in monitoring the hate speech dissemination regularly due to restrictions on internet access, and some posts disappear after being posted.
3Monitoring Activities
This report was compiled by monitoring online and print media used by the military junta and its supporters to disseminate hate speech. During June 2026, BHRN conducted a monitoring exercise with the following results:
- Facebook: monitored 3 groups, one page, and 13 accounts; identified 40 incidents of hate speech.
- Telegram: Monitored 24 Channels; identified 42 incidents of hate speech.
- TikTok: Monitored 24 Accounts; identified 16 incidents of hate speech.
- Print Media: Monitored 2 newspapers and 1 journal.
In total, 98 instances of misinformation/disinformation and hate speech were documented during May. The findings are presented using tables, graphs, and clear descriptive text. This report further analyses the root causes and impacts of hate speech and offers recommendations for prevention and mitigation. Due to significant limitations in achieving comprehensive coverage of the entire social media landscape, there may be undocumented incidents of hate speech that fall outside the scope of this report.
Key Findings
1Targeted Groups
- Religious and Ethnic Minorities: Racial persecution of the Rohingya persists through false allegations labelling them as "illegal immigrants from Bangladesh."
- Similarly, the broader Muslim community is targeted with religious insults and derogatory slurs, such as "Kalar" and "Pork-abstainers" (Whet-ma-sar), intended to dehumanise and demean.
- Women & LGBT: Hate speech targeting women frequently employs dehumanising language, sexual harassment, and the exposure of personal information to damage their reputations and social standing.
2Methods of Disseminating Hate Speech and Misinformation/ Disinformation
- Hate speech targeting Muslims and Rohingya people is disseminated across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram in various formats, including posts, videos, and cartoons, promoting ethnic, religious, and political hatred.
- The deliberate spread of fabricated news to create suspicion among the general public.
3Impacts
The prevalence of these campaigns has led to significant societal consequences:
- Threats to Safety and Dignity: Beyond the psychological impact of online harassment, women and activists face severe threats to their physical safety and personal dignity.
- Obstruction of Peacebuilding: The persistent fueling of racial and religious hatred serves as a major barrier to peacebuilding efforts and a stable democratic transition in Myanmar.
4Findings
Anti-Muslim Narratives
This month, the majority of hate speech has been directed toward anti-Muslim narratives. Under this topic, anti-Muslim hate speech will be analysed through five distinct sub-categories:
- Narratives that criminalise Muslims as terrorists
- Narratives framing Muslims as a societal threat
- Faith-based anti-Muslim narratives
- Narratives depicting Muslims as criminals
- Incitement of hatred against Islam and Muslims
Anti-Muslim Terrorism Narratives
A video has resurfaced featuring the defence lawyer for Kyi Lin, the perpetrator of the assassination of U Ko Ni, a legal advisor to the National League for Democracy (NLD), falsely claiming that U Ko Ni was assassinated due to alleged membership in ISIS.
In the comments section of this video, numerous hate speech remarks express support for the assassination, asserting that killing U Ko Ni was justified because of his supposed ties to extremist Islamic terrorist groups.
This hate speech content was shared by a TikTok account named "Tagaung Abhiraja." This profile actively promotes ultranationalist movements and routinely spreads propaganda. Its content frequently claims that the country is facing hardships because the NLD government allegedly favoured the Rohingya community, while consistently propagating the narrative that the military acts to prevent the nation from falling under Muslim control.
မူရင်းပို့စ် တကောင်းအဘိရာဇာ (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (1))
Furthermore, the Telegram channel "View of Sue" shared a photo sourced from the X platform accompanied by hate speech that stereotypes and vilifies the Muslim community. The post claims that Muslims train their children from a young age to carry out future terrorist activities.
This channel primarily focuses on spreading anti-Muslim content and has over 14,300 subscribers. The specific hate speech post mentioned above garnered 2,300 views.
မူရင်းပို့စ် View of Sue (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (2))
Additionally, an account named "Yakka Bhilu" shared an image allegedly depicting members of the RSO (Rohingya Solidarity Organisation), claiming that "Bengalis" are committing acts of terrorism and the international community turns a blind eye. This account frequently disseminates hate speech by labelling Rohingyas as "Bengalis," portraying the entire Rohingya population as illegal immigrants.
မူရင်းပို့စ် ရက္ခ ဘီလူး (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (3))
A review of these cases demonstrates that perpetrators of hate speech systematically vilify Muslims, framing them as dangerous offenders inherently linked to violence. Their narratives falsely claim that Muslims train children to carry out terrorist activities and accuse the international community of turning a blind eye to alleged acts of terrorism committed by the Rohingya.
Muslims as a Threat to Society
The news outlet Arakan Bay News ABN reported an incident in Japan where local authorities reportedly halted the construction of an unauthorised mosque by Pakistani nationals following complaints from Japanese residents, warning the Pakistani citizens to adhere strictly to the country's existing laws. In the comments section under this news report, commenters posted hate speech comparing Muslims to dangerous societal threats.
These comments described Muslims as a "cancer" affecting the international community and likened them to invasive, destructive fish ("hsoke khwet ngar"). The comments further accused Muslims of using religion as a pretext for territorial expansion and labelled them as "evils" or "heretics." Furthermore, the comments urged Myanmar to remain vigilant and included explicit incitement to demolish mosques.

An account named "Dr Hmaing" on TikTok posted a narrative claiming that the construction of mosques by Muslims essentially establishes micro-Islamic states, suggesting that if mosques are built in every town and village, the entire country will eventually become an Islamic nation. The post also contrasted this by claiming that during crises, only Buddhist monasteries assist.
The "Dr Hmaing" TikTok account frequently disseminates hate speech, regularly asserting that Muslims are behind all acts of terrorism. It also routinely propagates the conspiracy theory that OIC (Organisation of Islamic Cooperation) countries have plotted to destroy Buddhism in Myanmar, and claims that military coups, starting from the era of General Ne Win, were necessary actions taken to save both Myanmar and Buddhism.
Original Post ဒေါက်တာမှိုင်း (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (5))
The Narinjara News agency reported on a request made by the United Nations to the Bangladeshi government for additional land to accommodate refugees. Under this news report, the comments section contained hate speech and incitement targeted at the Rohingya community.
Commenters degraded the community by comparing the Rohingyas’ population growth to "invasive Tilapia fish" and stating they breed "like dogs." Due to this perceived population growth, commenters urged that if Myanmar ever accepts them back, they should only be repatriated if they convert to Buddhism. The remarks systematically dehumanised Rohingyas by likening their reproduction to animals and framing their population growth as a direct threat to Myanmar.
Original Post Zaw Win Naing (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (6))
A review of these cases demonstrates that across all three social media platforms, perpetrators of hate speech systematically vilify Muslims by framing them as a direct threat to society. Their narratives employ degrading comparisons of Muslims to dangerous "cancers" or invasive fish ("hsoke khwet ngar"), while falsely claiming that they are actively working to destroy Buddhism.
Anti-Muslim Religious Narratives
The Telegram channel "View of Sue" shared a post claiming that in Indonesia, Muslims stared with peculiar curiosity at someone wearing traditional Indonesian attire. The post asserted that Muslims do not wear their own traditional clothing solely out of religious devotion, but rather as a deliberate strategy to absorb and erase beautiful indigenous cultures. It further labelled Islam as a "heretical religion" ("mit-sa"). This video and text post garnered 2,640 views.
Original Post View of Sue (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (7))
The Facebook page "Ko Ye Entertainment" published a post claiming that Pabedan Township, a predominantly Muslim area in downtown Yangon, has effectively become a "No-Go Zone" where non-Muslims are restricted from entering. The narrative asserted that a similar situation had previously occurred in Buthidaung and Maungdaw townships. It further alleged that these developments are driven by Muslims following directives from the Quran to implement "Islamization."
The post claimed that due to systemic intimidation and demographic pressure by Muslims against non-Muslims, people of other faiths were forced to migrate out of these townships while local administrations failed to intervene. It further alleged that once non-Muslims leave these areas, foreign Muslims are invited to engage in "Jihad." Through terms like "Islamization" and "No-Go Zones," the page disseminated hate speech framing Muslims as actors carrying out a religious mandate to segregate areas and use religion as a pretext to facilitate extremist activities.
Original Post Ko Ye Entertainment (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (8))
A TikTok account named "Myanmar Kaung Lay" published and distributed a post claiming that the Quran instructs Muslims to kill Buddhist monks, urging Buddhists to realise this alleged threat. In the comments section under this post, commenters left hate speech remarks inciting violence, with comments warning that underestimating Muslims would lead to being killed, and others explicitly calling for the mass killing of all Muslims in Myanmar.
မူရင်းပို့စ် မြန်မာကောင်လေး (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (9))
Based on the analysis of the aforementioned hate speech, it is evident that the rhetoric leverages religion to fuel anti-Muslim sentiment by portraying Muslims as followers of a malevolent faith intent on erasing traditional cultures through religious pretexts, accusing them of conspiring toward Islamization, and alleging that the Quran mandates the killing of Buddhist monks.
Anti-Muslim Crime Narratives
Sharing a video of riots, the Voice of Unity page stated that Paris, the capital of France, which was once a beautiful city, has now been ruined due to radical Muslim immigrants. In response to this post, hate speech comments were observed portraying Muslims as criminals, with remarks labelling them as "trash" and accusing them of engaging in terrorist activities.
Original Post Voice of Unity (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (10))
Reporting on a United Nations request to the Bangladeshi government for additional land to accommodate refugees, the Narinjara news agency published an article that drew significant hate speech in its comment section. The comments framed Rohingya individuals as criminals and undocumented migrants, asserting that they are originally from Chittagong and that the identity "Rohingya" does not exist. Furthermore, leveraging rhetoric regarding high birth rates and illegal entry into Rakhine State, some comments escalated to extreme hate speech, suggesting that despite targeted violence aimed at their eradication, a large population remains.
Original Post Narinjara (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (11))
Amidst national instability, a post by the Burma Min account claimed that a mosque located in South Dagon Township, Yangon Region, is operating illegally. The post alleged that the ward administrator has turned a blind eye to the religious activities conducted there, asserting that the administrator would be solely responsible for any riots or conflicts that might arise.
In the comment section of this post, commenters alleged that Muslims are entering Yangon unlawfully to establish businesses and propagate their religion, while calling on immigration authorities to conduct unannounced citizenship checks. Furthermore, the comments included hostile rhetoric accusing Muslims of entering the country illegally to wage jihad against Buddhists, alongside severe incitement to violence, including calls to burn Muslims alive.
Original Post Bumar Min (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (12))
Based on the aforementioned points, it is evident that the rhetoric characterises Muslims as terrorists, undocumented residents, and criminals, while further extending to direct incitement to violence and murder.
Identity-based Hate and Harassment
Personal Insults and Name-calling
On the Nai Soe and Relatives (နိုင်စိုးနှင့် အမျိုးများ) Telegram channel, a post originally by U Aung Tin from Canada, which claimed to clarify that the father of singer Phyu Phyu Kyaw Thein is Rohingya, was reshared alongside derogatory remarks targeting the artist. The shared content used discriminatory hate speech based on her skin tone and labelled her as an undocumented immigrant. This Telegram channel primarily disseminates pro-military content and commands a following of over 5,700 subscribers, with the specific hate speech post targeting Phyu Phyu Kyaw Thein garnering approximately 2,490 views.
Original Post နိုင်စိုး နှင့် အမျိုးများ (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (13))
The pro-military Ba Nyunt Telegram channel published a post alleging that members of the Triple P group operating under the National Unity Government (NUG) have engaged in the gang rape of female comrades under various pretexts. The post further claimed that those who attempt to flee are recaptured, sexually assaulted, and killed, warning women that joining People's Defence Force (PDF) groups would only make them sexual objects. This narrative weaponises gender and sexual violence to deter participation in opposition groups. The specific post garnered approximately 5,670 views.
Original Post Ba Nyunt (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (14))
Furthermore, the channel featured a cartoon illustrated by "Ma Gha" that weaponizes gender and depicts sexual exploitation. The cartoon portrays female members as People's Defense Force (PDF) fighters by day and sexual objects for the Karen National Union (KNU) and Kachin Independence Army (KIA) by night. The post received approximately 4,530 views on the channel, which has 49,579 subscribers.
Original Post Ba Nyunt (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (15))
Religious Identity or Identity-based Attacks
Sharing images of suspected motorcycle thieves arrested in Mandalay, one of whom wears a beard, the Nyo Lone Oo Facebook page published a post associating religious identifiers with criminal activity. The text claimed that a high proportion of motorcycle thieves and receivers of stolen goods wear beards, while concurrently utilising a derogatory slur referencing dietary restrictions ("pig-abstainers") to target Muslims based on their religious identity.
(See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (16))
Highlighting the marriage of two same-sex People's Defence Force (PDF) members, the View of Sue Telegram channel published a post disparaging LGBTQ+ identities. The text utilized derogatory slurs to label PDF members as "faggots/queens," asserting that they are "deficient" both physically and mentally. The narrative overtly frames same-sex relationships and diverse sexual orientations as inherently negative, using them as a basis for discriminatory hate speech.

Conflict-related false claims
As the internal armed conflict in Myanmar between the military and ethnic armed organisations (EAOs) has persisted over decades, both sides have frequently disseminated disinformation and misinformation as part of their propaganda campaigns. In particular, military supporters have established Facebook pages, TikTok accounts, and Telegram channels to distribute false narratives systematically. These sources spread hate speech by utilising deceptive content, fabricated news, and manipulated context designed to mislead the public.
During intense military operations in Rakhine State, the military council carried out airstrikes on several townships, resulting in the destruction of camps for internally displaced persons (IDPs). The pro-military Naypyitaw Telegram channel reshared a Western News report regarding this attack on the IDP camp, using a manipulated context to claim that the casualties were actually members of the Arakan Army (AA). This fabricated connection serves as a form of propaganda and hate speech.
Original Post နေပြည်တော် (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (18))
The People Media Telegram channel published a false report alleging that the military launched an airstrike on an Arakan Army (AA) camp in Gwa Township, Rakhine State, resulting in the deaths of AA members. The report by this pro-military media outlet lacks verified evidence, citations from institutional statements, or corroboration from residents. Consequently, it represents the dissemination of hate speech through fabricated content.

Manipulated Content and Misleading Information
In Myanmar, hate speech that intentionally targets political alignments, religious beliefs, and the revolutionary movement continues to be widely weaponised. Successive ruling regimes have historically instigated religious conflicts as a strategy to divert attention from political crises. In orchestrating these tensions, the perpetrators frequently launch deliberate, targeted attacks against the Muslim population, routinely leveraging the Rohingya crisis in northern Rakhine State to fuel animosity.
The View of Sue Telegram channel shared an international news report and manipulated its context to falsely claim that Muslims in Pakistan are actively committing acts of violence against Christians. This fabricated narrative represents a deliberate effort to propagate hate speech by systematically targeting Muslims.
Original Post View of Sue (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (20))
The pro-military Naypyitaw Telegram channel shared a photograph of two Myanmar migrant workers undergoing an inspection by Thai authorities, using the image to disseminate hate speech targeting the anti-dictatorship resistance. By employing fabricated context, the channel deliberately aims to undermine and discredit the political revolution. Original Post နေပြည်တော် (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (21))
The military-aligned Naypyitaw Telegram channel published a false report targeting members of the People's Defence Force (PDF). The post weaponised misinformation to frame the resistance fighters as terrorists, serving as a politically motivated attack intended to malign revolutionary forces.

Islamophobic Fake News
Due to systemic propaganda campaigns by successive military regimes in Myanmar, deep-seated animosity toward Muslims continues to persist. The military authorities historically framed Muslims as invaders, expansionists, and religious extremists, driving a wedge of mistrust and misunderstanding between the general public and the Muslim community.
The View of Sue Telegram channel shared a video clip showing a religious figure punishing two tied-up women, manipulating the context to propagate anti-Muslim hate speech. The channel presented the footage with false narratives, misleadingly portraying it as an Islamic leader abusing a woman of a different faith.
Original Post View of Sue (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (23))
The View of Sue Telegram channel published an inflammatory post featuring a photograph of a large gathering of worshippers inside a mosque in Saudi Arabia, Islam's holiest region. The post claimed that a son had attempted to murder his father at the site. By weaponising an unverified and highly questionable claim, the channel deployed false information to systematically characterise Muslims as violent criminals.
Original Post View of Sue (See the translation of the attached link below the conclusion (24))
The Panya Thukha TikTok account was observed distributing targeted hate speech against Rohingya Muslims. By sharing an international video clip, the account fabricated a narrative claiming that Rohingya and Muslim populations are actively conspiring to seize control of Myanmar. The content relies entirely on false information and manipulated connections to frame Muslims as national security threats and terrorists.

10Conclusion
Under military rule in Myanmar, hate speech continues to proliferate unchecked. The unmitigated spread of inflammatory rhetoric has fostered deep-seated misunderstandings and mutual suspicion across diverse communities.
Throughout June, religious hate speech escalated significantly across social media platforms, including Telegram, TikTok, and Facebook. This spike primarily targeted religious minorities, exploiting the ongoing political instability and armed conflict. Systematic and deliberate propaganda campaigns have weaponised sectarian divisions, fabricated news, and misinformation, often leveraging the destruction of religious buildings in conflict zones to actively incite racial and religious unrest. The continuous dissemination of such hate speech deepens mistrust and animosity between communities, further exacerbating the country's ongoing crisis.

A mosque allegedly built without authorization by Pakistani nationals in Japan may soon face demolition
AB News – 4 June 2026
A mosque allegedly built illegally by Pakistani nationals in Japan may soon face demolition, according to reports carried by international media outlets.
The mosque, Japan Jaame Masjid Ramzan, was officially inaugurated on 3 April, with Pakistan's Ambassador to Japan, Abdul Hameed, attending the opening ceremony.
The mosque, located in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture, was reportedly constructed within an Urbanization Control Zone, where Japan's laws strictly restrict new building construction.
According to a statement issued by the Kawagoe City authorities, the mosque was built without obtaining the permits required under Japan's City Planning Act.
Local media reported that, during construction, municipal officials repeatedly visited the site and issued orders to halt the work. However, workers allegedly continued construction, claiming they could not understand Japanese.
Residents reportedly became aware of the situation only after the building had been completed. They subsequently filed complaints with the city authorities, calling for the structure to be demolished.
In response to the incident, the Pakistani Embassy issued a statement explaining that Ambassador Abdul Hameed had attended the opening ceremony only because the organizers had assured him that all necessary approvals required under Japanese law had already been obtained.
Kawagoe City authorities stressed that the demolition order was not based on religious discrimination, but rather on the enforcement of land-use and zoning regulations.
The Pakistani Embassy also urged Pakistani nationals living in Japan to fully comply with Japanese laws and regulations and, in particular, to cooperate closely with local authorities when constructing places of worship.
Although the city has already issued a demolition order for the unauthorized building, the Pakistani businessman who owns the property is reportedly facing financial difficulties due to the high cost of demolition and remains in negotiations with municipal authorities regarding its removal.
The case has also reportedly created diplomatic sensitivities between Japan and Pakistan, particularly because Pakistan's ambassador personally attended the mosque's opening ceremony.
The article further states that growing public concern in Japan over illegal immigration has prompted the Japanese government to tighten immigration laws in recent years and to deport a record number of unsuccessful asylum seekers.

A mosque is a micro-Islamic state. Once every town and village is filled with mosques, that country becomes an Islamic nation.
Throughout successive eras, whenever natural disasters strike, Buddhist monasteries open multi-faith relief camps to rescue and shelter everyone. However, mosques do not rescue or shelter people of any other race or ethnicity.
During [Aung San] Suu Kyi's administration, when floods and landslides occurred around Mawlamyine, Muslims had to take refuge and stay in Buddhist monasteries—this is the proof.

Islamization and No-Go Zones
(In Myanmar, Pabedan Township has reportedly become an area where more than 80 percent of the population is Muslim and where there are no Buddhist monasteries. It claims that a "no-go zone" has emerged in downtown Yangon. It also claims that Buthidaung and Maungdaw have become "no-go zone" townships due to Islamization over successive eras.)
"Islamization" refers to what the author describes as a religiously motivated process carried out in the name of Allah when the Muslim population becomes sufficiently strong.
(The author further claims that even when Muslims are numerically weak, they continue this process through guerrilla-style methods.)
According to the text, "strength" consists of money, manpower, timing, and centralized authority.
Weapons are whatever is available.
People are weapons, and weapons are people.
The primary objective, it claims, is to increase manpower.
The main focus is on building the strength of armed jihad (mujahideen). The author claims that mujahideen themselves do not need wealth because faithful Muslims are commanded by the Qur'an to support them.
The text further asserts that no Muslim would dare reject or deviate from the Qur'an's instructions, which it describes as the foundation of the Qur'an's authority.
According to the author, the central strategy of "Islamization" is the creation of "No-Go Zones."
A No-Go Zone is described as an area that others are effectively unable to enter. The author claims that non-Muslims who enter such areas are routinely subjected to verbal abuse, provocation, assault, stone-throwing, and other forms of harassment.
The text claims that France already has around twenty such areas.
It further alleges that once Muslims make up roughly half of a local population, the creation of no-go zones begins.
The author argues that law enforcement is unable to suppress such developments because the incidents typically involve minor offenses that receive only light penalties. Even when harsher punishments are imposed, the text claims that perpetrators simply accept them and continue their actions.
As a result, according to the author, peaceful residents gradually leave these areas, eventually leaving only Muslims behind and creating what the author calls a "no-go zone," where even government authorities allegedly cannot operate.
The text claims that villages in Maungdaw have already become such no-go zones.
No-Go Zone (Level 1)
The text alleges that Muslims manipulate, provoke, and carry out minor attacks against kafirs (non-Muslims). It further claims that, in cases such as rape, offenders pay compensation to settle cases, receive lenient punishments, fabricate counter-cases, or deliberately delay legal proceedings.
According to the author, these experiences cause non-Muslims to conclude that disputes with Muslims are futile, costly, and disruptive to their livelihoods, especially if they lack legal knowledge or support. As more people avoid confrontation, the author argues, the area gradually develops into a small-scale no-go zone.
No-Go Zone (Level 2)
The author claims that the next stage involves intimidating non-Muslims through harassment, assault, robbery, rape, murder, organized stone-throwing, and attacks with clubs and knives.
The text also alleges that attackers secretly raid nearby non-Muslim communities before retreating to Muslim-majority no-go zones, where they are sheltered from authorities.
It further claims that, at this stage, communities begin openly defying the state and rejecting government authority.
According to the author, once this level is reached, the no-go zone becomes fully established and reaches what is described as an "orange-level" security threat. If authorities fail to suppress it, the text warns that widespread bloodshed will follow.
No-Go Zone (Level 3)
The final stage, according to the author, begins after non-Muslims have largely left the area.
The text alleges that this involves secretly bringing in Muslims from abroad, establishing links with foreign Muslim militant organizations, conducting clandestine terrorist training, disregarding local government authority, and preparing for armed conflict.
It further claims that this stage includes armed jihad, robbery, killings, territorial demands, political jihad through media campaigns, collaboration with Muslims both inside and outside the country, attempts to undermine the government through international organizations, the use of human rights advocacy to pressure the state, the creation of what the author calls "fabricated ethnic identities," falsification of history, and demands for territory.

UN Requests Additional Land from Bangladesh Government for Refugees
Narinjara News | June 22, 2026
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has requested new land allocations from the Bangladeshi government to accommodate Muslim refugees arriving from Myanmar, according to recent reports.
This request is reportedly intended to provide shelter for approximately 150,000 newly arrived refugees.
Mizanur Rahman, the Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner (RRRC), told the media outlet New Age on Saturday that the UNHCR has urged Bangladesh to allocate additional land to construct shelters for these refugees.
However, the Bangladeshi government has yet to make a final decision regarding this request.
Mr. Rahman further noted that despite discussions regarding the repatriation of the 150,000 newly arrived refugees during the one-and-a-half-year tenure of the interim government led by Professor Muhammad Yunus, no successful resolution has been reached.
Reports state that between November 2023 and 2025, the number of Muslim refugees entering Bangladesh reached approximately 113,000.
According to New Age, the total number of Muslim refugees taking shelter in camps across Bangladesh has now risen to 1.3 million, with an average of approximately 30,000 births recorded annually.
There are currently 33 refugee camps located in the Ukhia and Teknaf upazilas (sub-districts) of Cox's Bazar district, with an additional settlement established on Bhasan Char island in Noakhali district.
In marking World Refugee Day on Saturday, UNHCR data called on nations globally to support nearly 42 million displaced and homeless individuals worldwide.
Additionally, the UNHCR's Global Trends report, released on June 11, highlighted that 7 out of every 10 refugees are living in a state of long-term, protracted displacement.

If history truly exists, permit us to excavate now. We will pull you by your ears and dig up Rohingya history to show you right now.)

It is known that the lust-driven PDF/P3L terrorist puppets of the NUG have committed many atrocities, such as gang-raping female PDF members under various pretexts, and recapturing escaped female PDF members only to gang-rape, murder, and hide their bodies.
If female PDF members still do not see the truth while being degraded, raped, and ruined like this, and continue to plunge deep into their foolishness, they should mark my words: they will only end up being brutally raped and murdered again.

It is known that KNU/KIA terrorist leaders torture and force Bamar female PDF terrorists who arrived for training to do whatever they want during the day. When night comes, they also sexually abuse and rape them like their sex slaves... As long as they cannot escape, they will have to continue paying the price...
